Description

The 39CBDL Loft Quailridge by Forest River features a front living area and large loft space.

Inside the living area you will find a lounge chair, end table, sofa, coffee table and entertainment center base.

The kitchen has a free standing table and chairs, four burner range, double kitchen sink, l-shaped counter with lots of space, and a refrigerator.

Off of the kitchen is the bathroom. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a tub with shower.

The rear bedroom offers a queen bed, two wardrobes, and a set of drawers.

Upstairs you will find a large loft to relax in.

**This park model is set up on site 86 in our main campground, Oak Lake Campground. The purchase price includes the park model, deck, gazebo, shed and site rent paid until May 2023. The seasonal site rent for this site is $2,950.00 plus electric.
