As you enter the glass patio doors in model 39FKTS you will immediately see a breakfast bar to your right with optional bar stools. Next, find a pantry, residential refrigerator, three burner range with microwave oven, counter space, and a sink. There are plenty of overhead cabinets for storage, and the front of this unit offers soffit lighting which is great in any kitchen.
A booth dinette and sofa are in a slide out opposite the door side. Or you may choose an optional free standing dinette with four chairs in place of the booth dinette. With the nearby entertainment center and optional fireplace it is easy to see where everyone will enjoy hanging out.
A middle bedroom just off the living area features a slide out COA cube futon with flip up bunk bed above. There is also a cabinet with shelf, and a second cabinet with a space to add a TV if you like.
Continue on down the hall to a side aisle bath which provides a 48" x 30" shower pan with glass shower door. There is also a linen cabinet, toilet, and a sink with medicine cabinet as well. Directly across the hall from the bathroom is a second outside entry door which makes it convenient to access.
The private rear bedroom is the master and features a queen bed slide with nightstands on either side. There is a cabinet with TV top and a second smaller cabinet with shelves, plus so much more!
